Florida Stormwater, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Inspector Training

One-and-a-half-day Training Program to obtain the FDEP’s Stormwater, Sedimentation, and Erosion Control Inspector certification (also known as FDEP/FSESCI Tier 1 and Tier II Training Program).

If you are an MS4 permittee, your construction site inspectors (including any contractors you hire to perform this activity) are required to have this certification

Registration

Each participant MUST register using the link below using their individual email address. Following registration, each participant will receive a unique Zoom link from EventBrite which will be used to log in for training each day. Register using this link:

Once on landing page, click on the red “Reserve a spot” button at right to begin registration. A “promo code” is not required to register.

Study Guide

A confirmation email will include a link to download the study guide and training manual. Mock Roos has a limited number of hardbound copies available. Please contact Tabbatha Marcus to arrange pick up (tabbatha.marcus@mockroos.com).

Testing

Each participant must either use a computer, smart phone, or tablet to take the test. It is possible to watch the class as a group and then have individuals log in using their unique link to take the test via their cellphone. Cheryl has successfully conducted a test using her cellphone so if you have more questions about that procedure, you can reach out to her at Cheryl@floridastormwaterclass.com. If you are hosting a group viewing and are asking participants to take the test individually, please reach out to us so we can confirm what Cheryl needs for attendance verification. (Please note that Zoom tracks participation using IP addresses making it impossible for more than one person to take a test on the same computer.)
