Purpose: This web site has been authorized by the Palm Beach County MS4 NPDES (PBC NPDES) Steering Committee as a resource for all co-permittees within the county. It is intended that this site will provide the user with helpful information on understanding and complying with the requirements of the NPDES permit.
Guidance Document
An NPDES Guidance/Reference Document template has been prepared for use by any co-permittee that is interested in using it. This document is NOT required; it is intended to be used as a tool to assist co-permittees in organizing their NPDES program information in a single source document.
Below is a Microsoft Word document named “Guidance Template.doc” which contains the basic framework. You may download this file and customize it for your own program.
Below is a PDF containing a sample of the Guidance/Reference Document that is being prepared for the Village of Wellington. You may use this document for reference as you prepare your own.
